Just a friendly reminder from Police & Fire of the new California State vehicle law 24400v.c:
As of July 1st, 2005 - this law "Provides that every motor vehicle, other than a motorcycle, be operated with headlamps whenever weather conditions prevent a driver from clearly discerning a person or other motor vehicle on the highway from a distance of 1000 feet, or when driving in conditions that require windshield wipers to be in continuous use."
With your help, we can assist the public in becoming aware of the new law and promoting safe driving techniques.
Please Remeber To Buckle-Up and Slow Down!
